International Product Manager (Photography Tours) – 2 days a week

Who We Are

Here at Intrepid Exposures we love photography and travel. We specialise in offering high quality, off-the-beaten track photography tours in Romania, Bulgaria and Mongolia. Founder Jacob James is a UK based internationally published travel and cultural documentary photographer. He has worked with some of the biggest names in the photography world and is currently an ambassador for Panasonic UK, Manfrotto and X-Rite as a part of their Coloratti.

The Person We Are Looking For

• Is fluent in written and spoken English
• Has a good understanding of the travel industry
• Can organize itineraries for groups keeping track of logistics, costs and quality of the experience
• Keeps timelines, deadlines and Excel spreadsheets

Main Responsibilities

• Create new photography tours in other countries:
• Manage the relationship with local service providers
• Create brochures with all relevant info for travelers
• Keep track of admin and cost
• Respond to online queries of potential clients (travelers who are interested in the tours)
• Help with admin tasks such as payments and document submissions
